Perky pig and other stuff

This is my new friend Perky pig. Mummy bought him for me expecting him to only last 5 minutes, but I’ve had him for 2 days and he is still alive, admittedly he’s a bit dirty as you can see. He makes the most wonderful noise, a cross between an oink and a honk so it’s great to play with him while daddy is watching TV:-)
I’ve had a few awards recently, and although they are duplicates of ones I already have they are no less appreciated. I’ve listed these on my awards page, but namely these were from Speedy, Kirby, Trev and Peace, Love and Whiskers. Thank you all very much.
Both Speedy and Rumpy are up for the world spay day pageant, I’m voting for them in turn, I hope you will too.
And lastly, Oz is celebrating St Patrick’s day by writing limericks. If you want him to write one about you then drop him a line. All the details can be found here.
Right, daddy is about to watch something interesting on TV so its time to play with perky again:-)

Just the kind of thing I do to my poor friends and sister – buy their kids noisy toys because I know I don’t have to deal with the repercussions 😀

BOL I have a piggy like that just a bit bigger! I’ve had him since Christmas and my mummy is still waiting for me to destroy him 😉 The penguin has already lost his squeak and I’ve chewed a couple of holes in him but the piggy is still alive and oinking!! Make sure you get a hold of one of your noisy toys whenever the phone rings BOL my mummy always has to have one finger in her ear for the first 5 minutes of any phone call. Wags and sniffs, Toby xox

Bol, we bought you one of those, cos wez fawght it would really annoy the Humoms..It makes such a noise xx00xx Gremlins gone 🙂 xx

You can never have too many noisy toys!! Sometimes my squeaky balls go missing for days and I suspect they may have had help finding their hiding places…
That pig looks like fun. Maybe you’ll keep him alive forever! He sounds very loud. And useful.

Oh Misaki you little devil you – playing with your Mr. Perky Pig while your Daddy’s trying to watch TV….tee hee….I bet he secretly thinks that’s very clever of you…..I’m assuming Perky must be a favorite of yours if you’ve not “dismantled” him yet – maybe you should plan to bring Perky along on the camping trip – – – he can keep Cocco company!!

I have a pink piggy too, Misaki. It’s still alive since Christmas!!! I love to run around the house squeaking and shaking it. Drives Old Lady Nana nuts, but Ma laughs 😀 Congrats on your awards.

You do them a service by keeping your loudest toy intact. If She is watching some tearjerker movie on the TV, start squeaking to get Her back to reality. If He is engrossed in an overtime championship sporting event, the squeaking will bring Him back to reality and show Him what’s really important.
That sounds like something I should be doing…mine definitely watch too much TV!
I have a pig too! He’s covered in pink human fur and makes the most irresistible noises. In addition to the Oink/honk there are squeakers in each of his feet. I love Piggy. If you go to my blog, enter piggy in the search field and a couple of stories about us should come up. Sunday’s Special introduces him.

Raffles has been through three perky pigs! He is a monster when it comes to those pigs. I agree the sound is great but with Raf we don’t get to enjoy it long enough!
