Girlie Weekend
Posted: February 23, 2013 Filed under: blog hop 55 CommentsYesterday daddy set out on a expedition(VBP) to Wales for his friend’s stag weekend. So mummy and I have been abandoned left home alone. To be fair, I think I should’ve gone with daddy. He and his cohorts(VBP), who include some of the people I love to lick and jump over the most, are going biking and climbing and doing other fun stuff that I think I’d enjoy. Plus there’s got to be a reason it’s called a ‘stag’. Maybe they get to chase deer?? How cool would that be! Anyway I think it could be diverting(VBP) to say the least. But I have to stay home to look after mummy *sigh*.
I spent most of the day waiting by the front door in case daddy decided to come home early. He didn’t:-(

I’m not sure how this leaves us for our walk tomorrow. Mummy doesn’t drive so we won’t be able to go too far afield, but we’ll try to figure out something for our usual Sunday walk post.

You might have to walk around your neighborhood. That’s what I do. Trust me, sometimes, that’s enough surprises for me. Every time we turn a corner, there’s something new to be afraid of!

I like Girlie weekends,.. But I guess since I am not used to out of door activities like you I do not know how much fun a hiking weekend could be. Mom loves all brands of ice cream..so she would be in hog haven…and I like anything mom likes.

Sometimes humans just need time apart from their pets. We don’t understand it, but we know it happens. Mum will be fine as long as you don’t bark to loud.
I rarely bark so no problems in that score…I just forgot it was the weekend and kept trying to get her up early – whoops!
Girlie weekends are fun and I know you’ll have some tales to tell Dad when he gets home. Just don’t spill the beans too much. 🙂

awww I know it seems unfair, I’ve missed out on some girls nights in with my mum at other peoples houses because I’m a boy…I assume that’s the reason but she does sometimes come home smelling of cats, I don’t like cats but I’d be good if she let me go with her I love cuddling up with her friends! I hope you two manage to come up with an interesting walk tomorrow, don’t forget you can go on a bus if you behave yourself! wags and sniffs, Toby xx

Aw poor Misaki. At least you get to have some good one on one time with your mum. I was drinking some wine earlier tonight. No whiskey for me! I hate the stuff and it hates me too lol.
