Sad news

Today is a sad day indeed and makes my current imprisonment pale considerably.

There has been a great loss to the bloggy community as both cute little Bingo from Hutch A Good Life, and the wise and dashing Zac the All Black have crossed over rainbow bridge.

My heart goes out to their families today. I’m sending big doggie kisses to Nibbles, Nutty & Buddy and also to Princess.

RIP Bingo and Zac, hope you both are running free over rainbow bridge together xxx

Under house arrest

I’ve been grounded and am not allowed out:-( We didn’t got to training class last night, my walks to the park have been suspended  – I’m only allowed down the cycle paths on a very short lead – and on saturday when I was supposed to go with mummy and daddy to visit family, I’ve been told I have to stay home:-( This is soooo unfair!!!

You may ask what I’ve done to deserve this harsh punishment and the answer is nothing. Well nothing intentional anyway.

Apparently I’m ‘in season’ which explains why a boy doggie tried to get extra friendly with me the other day (how rude!). And because of this, I’M being punished. Its not my fault he couldn’t control himself!

So basically I’m stuck at home and bored. Luckily daddy is off today and grampy is coming over tomorrow to sit with me so I can annoy them with my extra squeaky ball:-)

Hope this doesn’t last too long though, I want to see my friends again!!

Squeaky ball

I thought I’d have a go at uploading a video, I haven’t done this before so hope it works! Sorry for the poor quality – mummy took it on her phone.

Here you go, watch out for my scary demonic eyes!

Getting muddy with Ellie

As you know, I love getting muddy, so was completely in my element when mummy and daddy took me to the forest yesterday. And even better, my new friend Ellie came along:-) She’s a Weim, just like Easy and has a lovely smile. She is the doggy of a friend of my daddy’s, but she hasn’t been well and had to have an operation recently. But now she’s better we were able to meet in person and play together. She’s bit nervous though and isn’t as fond as getting muddy as me. But even so, she soon found her feet and had a good stomp through a nice big muddy patch – but her daddy wasn’t too impressed BOL

Look how lovely and muddy I am 🙂

me and Ellie 🙂

I hope we get to play together again soon!

Misaki-ana Jones and the Temple of Bonios

I have heard a local legend about a Roman Temple which is full of bonios!!(Mummy says I’ve misheard and its actually full of old bones, but she’s definitely wrong). Anyway, I’ve decided to put an expedition together to find it.

But first I needed to become an explorer.

Misaki-ana Jones – explorer extraordinaire!

I also needed a crack team. Unfortunately the Avengers were busy so I had to settle for Mummy as my side-kick, nanny as our navigator and grampy came as our packhorse/treat holder. We had a bit of a false start – I had to wait ages for them to get themselves ready! When Indy sets off on his adventures he doesn’t have to wait for everyone to go to the loo first!

But finally we were off! It took a while and a few wrong turns, and we almost missed the sign, but we finally found the fabled Roman Temple – must say it didn’t look much like a temple to me.

is this it?? Where are the bonios?

I was a little disappointed at first, but after some careful searching (and possibly a bit of help from grampy) I eventually found what I came for:

At last!!

Woohoo! My first adventure was a huge success!

OK let’s head home now. Anyone got the number for a taxi???

Black and white sunday

Have a Break, Have a Kit Kat

Wat cat?

It seems to be a trend atm for humans to dog-shame, there’s even this site for photos:
Examples of dogshaming include:

And even:

How rude is that!!

So I have decided to subvert this and start human-shaming instead! Starting with my mummy. I think this is rather apt:

If you could shame your humans, what would you shame them for??
